We are starting to inviting our eligible patients to book shortly. Please wait to be contacted. If you are not contacted by 10 September, please contact our reception team any day after 1 pm.
Please wear a short sleeve top so that the clinician has easy access to your arm.
Our Housebound and Carehome patients will be visited in October. We will be in touch.
